Liquid Cheers extends the manufacturer’s warranty on all products to the original purchaser. Defective parts will be replaced on a no-charge basis, F.O.B. our warehouse and subject to inspection. The manufacturers are not responsible for parts damaged by alteration, unauthorized service, accident or abuse. All labor, freight and/or loss of sales costs are incidental to the warranties and must be borne by the purchaser. Shipping costs to and from our facility is to be paid by the purchaser.
DAMAGED OR LOST PRODUCTS:
The responsibility of Liquid Cheers ceases upon acceptance of its products by the carrier. Any damage or loss sustained in shipment is the carrier’s responsibility. If any items are damaged, do not accept the shipment unless the carrier makes a notation of this on the freight waybill. Immediately request an inspection and file a claim with the carrier.
Do not return any merchandise without prior approval from Liquid Cheers. Unauthorized return shipments will be refused. Return goods are subject to a minimum 15% handling and restocking charge when returned to Liquid Cheers 7-14 days from original purchase/ship date. Goods returned after 14 days from original purchase/ship date are subject to a 25% handling and restocking charge.
HOW DO I MAKE WARRANTY CLAIM OR RETURN?
E-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or call 1-833-224-3377 with your warranty claim or reason for return. Please supply your invoice number for reference. If approved, Liquid Cheers will supply you with “Return Authorization Number” and instructions on how to return the product for repair or exchange.
